By accessing or using the Saanish platform, website at saanish.com, APIs, embeddable chat widgets, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service
Saanish provides an artificial intelligence customer support platform that helps businesses resolve customer inquiries, manage support tickets, index knowledge base documentation, integrate with communication tools, and embed chat widgets on their websites.
We continuously update and improve the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, with reasonable advance notice for any changes that materially diminish core paid functionality.
3. Accounts and Security
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access or any security incident related to your account, please notify us immediately through our Help Center.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
We offer free tiers and paid subscription plans. Plan details, message quotas, and pricing are published on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current prepaid billing period. Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful computational code.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, or connected infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Deploy automated bots for deceptive impersonation, harassment, or unsolicited spam.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
6. Customer Data and Content
You retain full ownership of all data, documents, files, and customer conversations that you upload or connect to the Service ("Customer Data").
You grant Saanish a limited license to store, process, and display your Customer Data solely to provide and maintain the Service for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private customer data to train public foundational AI models without your explicit consent.
7. AI Features and Disclaimers
Saanish utilizes artificial intelligence models to formulate support answers and automate tasks based on your knowledge base. AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base accuracy and supervising automated chatbot responses. The Service is not intended to provide unsupervised formal legal, medical, or financial advice.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (such as Slack, Calendly, or Google Workspace). Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms. Saanish is not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of external providers.
9. Service Availability
We work to provide high availability and reliability. However, the Service may experience occasional interruptions for scheduled maintenance or emergency updates. We strive to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAANISH DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SAANISH BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SAANISH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any disputes informally before initiating formal legal proceedings.
